X-rays and ultrasounds are important diagnostic tools used in the radiology department. They help diagnose a wide range of health conditions in dogs and cats.

X-rays are ideal for detecting foreign objects, fractures, arthritis, tumors, bladder stones, dental disease, and chest or lung problems.

Ultrasounds are used to examine soft tissues and internal organs. They help identify liver or kidney disease, abdominal masses, fluid buildup, heart conditions, and pregnancy.

At Vienna Vet, we often use both imaging methods to get an accurate diagnosis and create an effective treatment plan.
